How do I apply my gift card / discount code?

You may apply your gift card or discount code at cart page or at checkout page before payment is made.

 

What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE Worldwide Tracked Shipping on order $50 and above. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and estimated delivery time is listed below.

What currencies do you charge in?

We charge in US Dollars (US$) for all countries with the exception of orders from Singapore and Asia countries which will be processed in Singapore Dollars (SG$).

 

What are your return and refund policies?

We accept returns within 7 days from delivery date. Any order not delivered within 8 weeks qualify for our free reship guarantee and any order not delivered within 12 weeks qualify for our full refund guarantee. Visit our Refunds And Returns page for more details.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to all countries with the exception of Ukraine.

 

How long do you take to ship my order?

All of our tea bags are handmade upon order confirmation. Processing will usually take 2-5 business days for regular items and 14-30 business days for custom made designs. 

 

Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). We support credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex), Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB etc), Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayNow (Singapore only) payment methods.  

 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy on most of our products, except for used, opened, custom made, personalized and mystery box items.  

 

I’d like to cancel my order.

Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed as our orders are handmade upon order confirmation. If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at help@teabeasties.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

 

There is something wrong with my order.

How do I track my order?

Please track your order over at Track Order page. Please allow several days for shipping details to be reflected online.  

 

Is Your website secure?

Your purchases are secured by Stripe or Paypal; both of which provide industry best encryption services. We use the latest security measures to protect your details right from the landing page. 256-bit SSL software is used to encrypt your credit or debit card information when you place an order with us. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. All pages including our checkout and payment pages are secured. Secured webpages begin with https:// and depending on the web browser you’re using, a padlock symbol in URL field, or a key symbol in the bottom right-hand status bar will be shown.  

 

I’ve been informed to pay duties and taxes on my order.

We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We also do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
