Every order (even a single tea bag) includes a complimentary gift wrap that’s elegantly finished with a ribbon. If you’d like to add more, additional wraps are available on Cart Page for a small fee. You’ll also have the option to specify how you’d like your items grouped for each gift wrap.

All our tea bags are made to order. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days for regular items (including personalized tea bags) and 7-14 business days for customized orders such as gender reveal, wedding and corporate tea bags. Depending on your chosen shipping option, international orders shipped via FEDEX / DHL / UPS and local orders with Same Day or Next Day delivery are prioritized and dispatched on the same or next business day.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The cut-off times shown during checkout are based on Singapore time (GMT +8).

For example, if an order is placed on Monday at 10am (GMT +8) with Same Business Day shipping selected, but the cut-off time indicated is 8am, the order will be processed for delivery on the Next Business Day (Tuesday) instead.
Similarly, an order placed on Saturday or Sunday with Next Business Day shipping will be treated as a Monday order and delivered on Tuesday. To receive the delivery on Monday, Same Business Day shipping must be selected.

Except for Singapore and United States, we do not collect VAT/GST, duties, or administrative fees and cannot predict any charges. These fees, if applicable, are charged on arrival and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details. We do not refund customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or order costs if you refuse payment for parcel release. GST is applied automatically to Singapore orders at checkout and applicable duties are applied automatically to USA orders at checkout.

The Tea’s Natural Character
Our organic whole leaves release rich tannins (the same compounds that create depth of flavor) which may gently stain the bag over time – like how coffee leaves rings in a mug.

Handmade with Care
Each tea bag is handmade, so slight design and color variations (like darker spots where heat touches the paper) are part of its artisanal charm – proof that it was crafted and not mass-produced.

Pure Materials
We use food-safe paper with no artificial coatings. This means stains may show more visibly compared to heavily processed tea bags.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of perishable items, including tea bags and tea leaves. This policy applies to both regular and customized tea bags. Please note that naturally occurring irregularities or variations in our handcrafted tea bags do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

For all other items, please email us at help@teabeasties.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. If we determine the item is defective within 30 days of purchase, you’ll be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed as our orders are handmade upon order confirmation. If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at help@teabeasties.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
