We offer FREE Worldwide Tracked Shipping on all orders! All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and estimated delivery time is listed below.

*Same Business Day Delivery: Place your order by 8 AM for delivery on the same day.

* Next Business Day Delivery: Place your order by 12 PM the previous day for next-day delivery.

* All express orders are processed with priority and shipped according to the selected delivery option.

DHL Worldwide Express Delivery is also available for the following countries. For countries not listed below, please contact us for a quote.

Standard Shipping

• Express shipping orders (Same Day, Next Day or DHL) receive priority processing and will ship on the same or next business day.
• For all other standard deliveries, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing of regular items (including personalized tea tags) and 7-14 business days for all other customized products.
• You will receive an email with tracking no. when your order ships.

• Delivery time is estimated barring no unexpected delays. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of international orders. For time sensitive orders, please select Same Day, Next Day or DHL delivery.

Non-Delivery, Abandonment and Collection Of Parcel

• We are not responsible for stolen packages. The customer assumes all liability for stolen packages marked as delivered by courier.
• All of our tea bags are handmade upon order confirmation. Once your order is placed past 60mins, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order. Please check your shipping address for typos and missing apartment or suite numbers before submission.
• Packages which are unclaimed are subject to disposal by either the sender’s or recipient’s local postal office. No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, abandoned or disposed of.
• Orders returned for any reason such as incorrect address or not responding to notices left by couriers will be processed as a return. Parcels which are returned to sender may take up to 6 months to be returned. Please refer to our Refunds And Returns Page for more details.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• We do not collect VAT/GST, brokerage/administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the parcels arrive at destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
• The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including ensuring lawful import of our merchandise. We are not responsible for orders which are confiscated by customs at destination.
• We do not issue any refund for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
• Parcels with overdue customs fees, duties and/or taxes are deemed as being abandoned and may be destroyed by your local customs office. No refund will be made on abandoned parcels.
• Parcels are subject to customs inspection and may take longer to arrive than stated delivery date.
