We offer Tracked International Airmail for worldwide delivery. DHL Express Delivery is available for selected countries as well. All of our tea bags are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days for regular items and 7-14 business days for other customized products. Depending on the selected shipping option, international orders shipped via DHL and local orders with Same Day or Next Day shipping are prioritized and will be dispatched on the same or next business day.

Our business operating hours are from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. All orders received during weekends and public holidays are considered next business day orders.
E.g. Order placed on Saturday will be considered Monday order. If SAME DAY delivery is chosen, the order will be delivered on Monday. If NEXT DAY delivery is chosen, the order will be delivered on Tuesday.
The cut-off time indicated during shipping checkout is based on business hours.
E.g. Order is placed on Monday at 10am and SAME DAY delivery is chosen, as the cut-off time for SAME DAY delivery is 8am, this order will be pushed to NEXT DAY delivery on Tuesday instead.
E.g Order is placed on Sunday at 5pm and NEXT DAY delivery is chosen. As this order is considered a Monday order, it will be delivered on Tuesday instead. For delivery on Monday, SAME DAY delivery will have to be selected.

With the exception of Singapore, we do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We also do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release. GST is automatically applied on orders in Singapore and are payable upon checkout.

Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed as our orders are handmade upon order confirmation. If you have to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately at help@teabeasties.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
