All orders are shipped with tracking numbers and estimated delivery time is listed below.

*Same Business Day Delivery: Place your order before 8am (GMT +8) for delivery on the same day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For e.g. Order placed before 8am on Friday will be delivered on the same day, order placed on or after 8am will be delivered on the following Monday.

*Next Business Day Delivery: Place your order before 12pm (GMT +8) for next day delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For e.g. Order placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on on the following Monday, order placed on or after 12pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

All express orders are processed with priority and shipped according to the selected delivery option. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERY
Worldwide express delivery is available for the following countries. For countries not listed below, please contact us for a quote.
Express delivery orders are given priority processing and will be shipped on the same or next business day.

Standard Shipping

• Our business operating hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Express shipping orders (Same Business Day, Next Business Day or Worldwide Express Delivery) receive priority processing and will ship on the same or next business day.
• All our tea bags are made to order. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days for regular items (including personalized tea bags) and 7-14 business days for customized orders such as gender reveal, wedding and corporate tea bags.
• You will receive an email with tracking no. when your order ships.

• Delivery time is estimated barring no unexpected delays. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of international orders. For time sensitive orders, please select Same Business Day, Next Business Day or Worldwide Express Delivery.

Non-Delivery, Abandonment and Collection Of Parcel

• We are not responsible for stolen packages. The customer assumes all liability for stolen packages marked as delivered by courier.
• All of our tea bags are handmade upon order confirmation. Once your order is placed past 60mins, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order. Please check your shipping address for typos and missing apartment or suite numbers before submission.
• Packages which are unclaimed are subject to disposal by either the sender’s or recipient’s local postal office. No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, abandoned or disposed of.
• Orders returned for any reason such as incorrect address or not responding to notices left by couriers will be processed as a return. Parcels which are returned to sender may take up to 6 months to be returned. Please refer to our Refunds And Returns Page for more details.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• With the exception of Singapore and United States, we do not collect VAT/GST, duties, or administrative fees at the time of purchase, nor can we predict any charges that may apply. Any additional fees, if applicable, are imposed upon arrival in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We do not issue any refund for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
• Parcels with overdue customs fees, duties and/or taxes are deemed as being abandoned and may be destroyed by your local customs office. No refund will be made on abandoned parcels.
• The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including ensuring lawful import of our merchandise. We are not responsible for orders which are confiscated by customs at destination.
• Parcels are subject to customs inspection and may take longer to arrive than stated delivery date.
